Le Diplomate / The Diplomat
Notre doyen, Côme Zoumara, a servi comme Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, Ministre Conseiller en Matière de Défense Globale, Ministre Conseiller Porte-Parole du président de la République (RCA), Secrétaire Permanent en Charge des ONGs Nationales et Internationales, Ambassadeur de Bonne Volonté pour l’Afrique pour la Fondation pour la Paix et la Gestion des Crises; et, pour finir, Président de l’association Amitié France-Centrafrique.
Côme Zoumara est diplômé de l’université de la Sorbonne, spécialiste des questions juridiques, politiques et de coopération en développement. Il est aussi diplômé de l’école des Hautes Etudes en Relations Internationales de Paris avec une thèse sur la problématique de la militarisation du pouvoir des pays tiers, le cas de la République Centrafricaine, obtenue avec Mention très Honorable; puis, pour finir, diplômé de l’institut des Hautes Etudes de Défense Nationale de Paris IHEDN.
Our dean, Come Zoumara, served as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Special Adviser on Global Defense Matters, Special Adviser and Spokesperson for the President of the Republic (CAR), Permanent Secretary in Charge of National and International NGOs, Goodwill Ambassador for Africa for the Foundation for Peace and Crisis Management; and, finally, President of the association Amitié France - Central African Republic.
Come Zoumara graduated from the Sorbonne University, specializing in legal, political and developmental cooperation. He is also a graduate of the School of Advanced Studies in International Relations in Paris where he wrote a thesis on the militarization of the power of other countries, the study case of the Central African Republic, for which he received very high honors; and, ultimately, a graduate of the Institute of Advanced National Defense Studies, Paris, IHEDN .

Maitre Latif Oduola-Owoo est copropriétaire et cofondateur du cabinet d’avocats et conseillers juridiques Arrington | Owoo P.C. basé à Atlanta, aux Etats Unis. Latif Oduola-Owoo, Esq. is co-owner and co-founder of the advocates and solicitors law firm of Arrington | Owoo PC based in Atlanta, USA. He studied in Ivory Coast, Nigeria and the United States. Holder of a Juris Doctor with honors from "Brooklyn Law School" in New York, Latif is admitted to the bars of the states of New York and Georgia. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts of the United States.
As a lawyer with the prestigious law firms of Cravath Swaine & Moore in New York and King & Spalding in Atlanta, Latif handled many complex business litigations for Fortune 500 companies.

DeShawn Jenkins
La Directrice de Projets / The Projects Director
DeShawn Jenkins est une experte des affaires Africaines et spécialiste des programmes et campagnes de communication avec plus d’une vingtaine d’années d’expérience. Elle occupe actuellement le poste de Directrice Generale du Centre Africa-Atlanta, affiliée à l'Institut de Techonologie de Géorgie (Georgia Tech). Son carnet d’adresses extrêmement fourni lui donne libre accès aux chefs d’entreprises et hommes ou femmes politiques en Géorgie, aux Etats Unis, aussi bien qu’à l’extérieur.
En Afrique, DeShawn a travaillé comme directrice des campagnes populaires d’Oxfam à Dakar, au Sénégal. Elle a aussi servi l’Agence des Etats Unis pour l’Aide et le Développement (USAID) et occupé différentes positions en tant que consultante auprès des organisations internationales en Afrique.DeShawn Jenkins is an expert on African affairs and specialist of communication campaigns with more than twenty years of experience. She currently holds the position of Director General of the Africa -Atlanta Centre, affiliated with the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Her extremely furnished address book gives her ready access to business and political leaders in Georgia, the United States, as well as outside.
In Africa, DeShawn worked as director of grassroots campaigns for Oxfam in Dakar, Senegal. She also served the United States Agency for Aid and Development (USAID) and held various positions as a consultant to international organizations in Africa.
Mamadou BERTE
L'ingénieur / The Engineer
Mamadou Berte est un ingénieur hydraulicien formé en Côte d’Ivoire en Allemagne puis au Etats Unis. Il détient un Masters en Management de l’Université de Hambourg. En plus de la direction à plein temps de l’ONG SOS Clean Water, Inc., dont il est co-fondateur avec son épouse et qu’il dirige avec verve et passion, M. Berte fonctionne comme ingénieur de contrôle de qualité avec une entreprise globale basée à Atlanta. Son expérience approfondie dans le design et la manufacture des produits industriels pour des clients extrêmement exigeants lui permet d’offrir à nos partenaires une appréciation technique en profondeur de leurs projets.
Mamadou Berte is a water engineer trained in Ivory Coast, Germany and the United States. He holds a Masters in Management from the University of Hamburg. In addition to managing the not-for-profit organization SOS Clean Water, Inc., which he co -founded with his wife and directs with verve and passion, Mr. Berte works as a quality control engineer with a global company based in Atlanta. His extensive experience in the design and manufacture of industrial products for extremely demanding clients allows him to offer our partners a thorough technical insight into their projects.
Ansoumane KABA
L'informaticien / The Computer Scientist
Ansoumane Kaba est un technicien certifié par Microsoft pour la protection sécuritaire des réseaux informatiques. Ses compétences techniques dans la gérance des réseaux informatiques accouplée à son enthousiasme effrénée pour tout ce qui est informatique confèrent à AWC une capacité d’action élargie dans le secteur.
Ansoumane Kaba is a Microsoft certified Network Security Specialist. His expertise in the management of computer networks coupled with his unbridled enthusiasm for anything computing gives AWC an enhanced capacity for action in the field.
